Private Presale

Requires an additional 2% of the raised presale revenue added to your payment

If Yes – The presale listing page is restricted to only those SnagRaffle users who have supplied their username to the project. The project then must provide the username list to SnagRaffle. Use this option as a whitelist to only allow certain users to purchase. User must have an existing SnagRaffle account to purchase.

If No – All users on the SnagRaffle platform can purchase

Presale Pause, Resume, Extend, and Revive

Requires an additional 2% of the raised presale revenue added to your payment (this option is highly recommended for maximum flexibility)

If Yes – Allows you to request your presale to be paused and then resumed. Additionally you can extend the date of a live presale, or revive a closed and unfilled presale. This can be requested an unlimited amount of times as long as any purchased tokens have not been refunded to the buyers.

If No – Removes this option from your listing

Early Buyer Discount

Requires an additional 1% of the raised presale revenue added to your payment

If Yes – Allows you to define an extra discount for presale buyers who buy during the timeframe you specify

If No – Removes this option from your listing

Additional Listing Images

Requires an additional 1% of the raised presale revenue added to your payment

Listing Fee and Final Payment

I understand that after reviewing this request, SnagRaffle will contact me to the confirm details and arrange for payment of the inital listing fee. Initial listing fee can be paid in any coin or token across the eight blockchains support by our platform checkout. If listing add-ons were selected, SnagRaffle will retain an additional fee from the presale revenue equal to the total of the percentages listed above.

Revenue Storage & Transfer

I understand all buyer payments will be immediately converted to USDC and held by SnagRaffle until the presale ends. Upon sale completion SnagRaffle will deduct any fees and transfer the remaining presale funds to the project in USDC.

Buyer Payments

I understand buyers can purchase the presale using any coin or token on the Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Chain, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Avalanche chains.

Buyer Refunds for Failed Presales

I understand if the presale fails to meet its soft cap, all buyers will be refunded their purchase price by means of an airdrop in USDC to the wallet used to purchase. Buyers will be responsible for covering their gas fees when claiming their refund. Listing fees are non-refundable.
