Do I need an account to participate?
Yes. To enter any raffle or make a purchase, you must create a free SnagRaffle account, be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and accept the Terms of Service. Your account also stores your raffle tickets, shipping or wallet info, and lets you track your wins and purchases.
How do I enter a raffle?
Just visit any active raffle listing, select the number of tickets you want to purchase, and complete your entry using SnagPoints. You’ll get a confirmation email and can see your tickets in the “My Account” section.
Can I enter more than once?
Absolutely. Each ticket is a separate entry, and you can claim as many as you’d like—within the raffle’s ticket limit, if applicable. Claiming more tickets improves your odds but doesn’t guarantee a win.
Are there restrictions on who can enter raffles?
Yes. You must reside in a location where participating in raffles is legal. Users are responsible for complying with local, state, and national laws. SnagRaffle may request proof of eligibility, such as age or residency.
Do raffle tickets have any cash value?
No. Tickets are purely for entry purposes and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, resold, or redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency.
How are the odds of winning determined?
Odds are calculated based on the total number of tickets available versus how many you hold. For example, if 1,000 total tickets are available and you own 10, your odds are 10 in 1,000. Every ticket has an equal chance.
When do I get my tickets?
Tickets are delivered to your account and confirmed by email immediately after purchase. If you don’t receive confirmation, please reach out to our support team.
How long does a raffle last?
Each raffle ends when the required number of tickets—called the Ticket Reserve—is reached. You’ll receive a notification when the raffle ends and the winners are announced.
How will I know if I won?
Winners receive an email after the raffle closes, and the outcome will be posted in your account. All participants—whether they win or not—are notified.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are picked through an automated, verifiable random draw. Every ticket has the same chance, and the process is fair, transparent, and final.
Can a person win multiple prizes in one raffle?
No. Even in raffles with multiple prizes, each winner can only receive one prize. This ensures fairness and spreads the rewards to more participants.
What if my account is inactive or suspended when I win?
Only active and eligible users can claim prizes. If your account is inactive, suspended, or otherwise restricted at the time of the drawing, the prize is considered forfeited.
How are prizes delivered?
Physical items are shipped to the address listed in your account profile. Crypto prizes are sent to the wallet address on file (e.g., BSC address for USDC). Make sure to keep your shipping and wallet details up to date to avoid forfeiture.
What if I’m outside the United States?
Due to international shipping limits, SnagRaffle substitutes a prize of USDC (on the BSC network) for winners outside the U.S. This ensures all users can receive their reward, regardless of location.
What happens if I don’t provide my shipping or wallet info?
If this info is missing at the time of a win, we’ll open a support ticket on your behalf. If you don’t respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited with no refund or replacement.
How fast are prizes shipped or delivered?
Prizes are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirming your delivery or wallet details. Some delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to technical issues—but we’ll keep you updated!
What is SnagSwag?
SnagSwag is our exclusive merchandise line—unique items like apparel, collectibles, and digital gear are available for direct purchase, separate from raffle participation. SnagSwag drops are limited-edition and often themed.
I didn’t receive my ticket or confirmation email—what should I do?
Please contact SnagRaffle Support through the platform right away. We’re here to help and will verify your ticket delivery manually if needed.
Can I cancel or refund my raffle ticket?
No. All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred to another user.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter a raffle?
No purchase is necessary to enter raffles. You can earn SnagPoints through referral activity, engagement on the platform, or special promotions. However, purchasing SnagPoints allows you to enter more raffles or claim more tickets faster. Regardless of how tickets are acquired, a skill-based question must be answered correctly for eligibility.
